On a 6,101.61 ft² site, this five-story development brings 20 homes to life—100% dedicated to affordable housing. With 19,420.4 ft² of total floor area (FSR: 3.18), the project aligns with the forward-thinking policies introduced by BC’s Bill 44 in late 2023. As the landowners, we’ve been hands-on from the beginning—conducting due diligence, shaping the initial design, and submitting the development permit application to the District of Squamish. We're now pursuing funding through the CMHC MLI Select Program to make this much-needed housing a reality.
