This six-story development spans a 46,166.41 ft² site, offering 130,678.57 ft² of GFA (FSR: 2.83) and delivering 123 homes, including 13 affordable units. The project includes a childcare facility, with a mix of surface and underground parking.
We joined the project after the acquisition of the parcels, conducting feasibility studies and preparing a comprehensive rezoning application that was unanimously approved by the council and enacted into the zoning bylaw. Currently, we’ve submitted the development permit application and are assisting the client in securing funding through the CMHC MLI Select Program.
