This three-story development on a 20,711.44 ft² site offers 23,323.68 ft² of total GFA (FSR: 1.13) and features 17 thoughtfully designed units tailored for families with children and seniors requiring adaptable living spaces. The project also includes 27 parking stalls, with 4 accessible spaces, in a single underground parking level.
Leveraging our long-standing relationship with the developer, we identified a growing need for family and senior housing, as highlighted in the Sunshine Coast Housing Needs Report. In response, we guided the developer to create a design that meets these specific community needs. From feasibility studies to project completion, we worked hand-in-hand with the client to bring this vision to life, ensuring it was ready for occupancy.
