This project transforms a 30,442.46 ft² site into a vibrant four-story development with 55 homes, including six affordable units, and 81 underground parking spaces. With a total floor area of 57,752 ft² (FSR: 1.90), we’ve been involved from day one—supporting due diligence, crafting initial and final designs, and managing every step of the approval process, from rezoning to building permits. We also secured funding through the CMHC MLI Select Program alongside Canada ICI Capital Corporation and are now providing construction management to bring the vision to life.
