Situated on a 32,475 ft² site, this ambitious mixed-use development will feature a 14-story tower with 135 condominium units and a 12-story tower with 143 purpose-built rental units, introducing 239 homes to the community. Of these, 10% (24 units) are reserved for affordable housing. The ground floor offers 10,615 ft² of space, and the project thoughtfully integrates two heritage buildings, preserved in line with the City of Mission's guidelines.
With a total floor area of 227,187 ft² (FSR: 7.0), the design has evolved to reflect its transit-oriented location while balancing community benefits, such as heritage retention and potential for community amenities. A pre-application for rezoning has been submitted and is currently under review by the City of Mission. To help bring this much-needed housing to life, we are also pursuing funding through the CMHC MLI Select Program.
